WEBSITE LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Effective 11 September 2026

This policy currently covers the public marketing website and enquiries sent from it. A fuller product privacy and data-processing notice will be published before customer accounts and billing launch.

1. Information we collect

We may collect contact details and other information you voluntarily provide when registering interest, requesting information or sending product feedback. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, pages requested and diagnostic records.

2. Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide launch updates you request, evaluate product feedback, operate and secure the website, diagnose faults, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not currently process payments through this website.

3. Disclosure

Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, security and communications, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Cloud providers may process information outside Australia; where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards.

4. Embedded demonstration and external links

The interactive CABVIX demonstration is loaded from the separate CABVIX application. Technical data generated when using that demonstration may be handled by the application and its infrastructure. External sites have their own privacy practices.

5. Storage and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, operational records or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Access, correction and enquiries

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern through our CABVIX contact channel. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from non-essential launch communications at any time by contacting us. Browser controls can be used to restrict cookies and local storage, although doing so may affect the embedded demonstration.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the website and product develop. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
