A routine change begins with an hour of tracing someone else’s work.
NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE · RECORDED ON SITE
Every cabinet.
Every connection.
Document the network while you’re standing in front of it. CABVIX creates a complete, traceable record of racks, hardware, patching, outlets, fibre and site infrastructure—from field capture to final handover.
CURRENT CABVIX MOBILE APP
See the work.
As it happens.
This is the live CABVIX application—not a recreation. Explore the rack, Patch Wizard, Trace Site, Outlet Manager, templates, Cabling Standards, reports and the rest of the working platform in protected read-only mode.
Use CABVIX in the field or from any modern browser.
Full browser sign-in and mobile downloads will be available at launch.THE DOCUMENTATION GAP
The rack has changed.
The record hasn’t.
Infrastructure documentation often becomes a mix of old spreadsheets, phone photos, handwritten labels and diagrams finished days after the job.
CABVIX turns the physical installation into a live record as the work happens.

FOR MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDERS
Your systems are managed.
Is the rack?
Your monitoring, security and cloud services can be first-rate while the client’s physical infrastructure remains impossible to read. Unlabelled ports, tangled leads and undocumented changes turn a simple visit into expensive investigation.
CABVIX gives your technicians a practical way to trace what is there, rebuild the record and bring every cabinet back to a standard your team can support.
The technician rebuilds the rack, hardware and port record at the cabinet.
The next visit starts with a current, supportable physical network record.
- Start informedGive any technician the cabinet history and port context before they touch a lead.
- Resolve with confidenceTrace dependencies and plan changes without rebuilding the same knowledge on every visit.
- Grow a supportable estateTurn inherited rack clean-ups into consistent records your whole service desk can use.
FOR ELECTRICAL & CABLING INSTALLERS
The cables are in.
Now, what goes where?
A successful cable pull can still leave the team with hundreds of ends, temporary markings and a schedule that no longer matches the room. Sorting it out at the rack costs time and creates avoidable handover risk.
CABVIX connects the site plan, outlets, patch panels, hardware and labelling workflow. The installer can identify each run, assign its destination and build the final record as termination and testing progress.
The cable pull is finished, but the ends, labels and schedule no longer agree.
Map each outlet, patch-panel port and destination during termination.
The supervisor reviews a clean cabinet and a verified digital handover.
- Document as you terminateKeep outlets, patch-panel ports and test results aligned while the job is still in progress.
- Catch gaps on siteResolve missing labels and schedule mismatches before the crew packs up.
- Hand over oncePresent a clear digital record that supports approval, maintenance and future additions.

FOR INTERNAL INFRASTRUCTURE TEAMS
Every site is different.
The audit process shouldn’t be.
For a network engineer responsible for offices, branches and facilities, the hardest part is often establishing what physically exists. Each site has its own cabinet history, naming habits, undocumented changes and gaps between diagrams and reality.
CABVIX provides one field-to-browser audit method across the organisation. Record every cabinet, trace links and outlets, compare sites and leave operations with a current infrastructure record—not another isolated spreadsheet.
Every site brings another folder, spreadsheet and manual reconciliation.
Audit racks, links, outlets and history through one repeatable workflow.
Comparable site records are ready for reporting, maintenance and change.
- Compare like with likeUse one audit method across branches, offices and facilities regardless of local naming habits.
- Plan from current evidenceSee rack capacity, connection paths and documentation gaps before scheduling change work.
- Keep knowledge in the teamPreserve site history beyond individual engineers, spreadsheets and paper folders.
ONE CONTINUOUS RECORD
From first rack to final report.
Record
Create the site, place rack hardware and capture the installation in front of you.
Connect
Map patch-panel and switch ports, outlets, uplinks, internet and fibre paths.
Trace
Work forward from the rack or reverse-trace an unknown outlet and connected device.
Hand over
Export a consistent Network Installation Record with rack elevations and history.
THE WORKSPACE
See the infrastructure.
Not another spreadsheet.
A visual record designed around how technicians actually install, trace and maintain networks.

SECURITY & DATA
Operational records deserve
deliberate protection.
CABVIX separates the protected customer workspace from its public product demonstration. Customer records require sign-in; the demonstration contains fictional sample data and is enforced as read only by the application server.
The public demonstration uses fictional records and rejects changes, so visitors can navigate the working product without altering its data.
Australian owned.
Australian-hosted customer records.
CABVIX is owned and operated by Securatech (TAS) Pty Ltd. Its development database is deployed in Supabase’s Sydney region, and the planned Australian launch architecture keeps primary customer records hosted in Sydney, Australia.
This is an Australian data hosting and residency commitment—not a claim that every service or processing activity remains exclusively in Australia. Production hosting, backups, logs and supporting services will be verified before customer onboarding.
Protected workspace access
The application front door requires authentication before a customer workspace can load. Organisation-scoped authorization remains enforced by the data layer, while the separate demo endpoint rejects all write requests.
Controlled roles and history
Role-based permissions, administrator controls and recorded activity are part of the planned Premium operating model. Final controls will be documented before subscriptions open.
Australian owned and operated
CABVIX is owned and operated by Securatech (TAS) Pty Ltd. Formal application terms, privacy and data-handling documents will be completed for Australian professional review before launch.
This is a launch-readiness summary, not a security certification or an unqualified data-sovereignty claim. The production data-location, retention, backup, subprocessor and incident-response commitments will be published after the production configuration is verified.
